In accordance with Ontario’s breed-specific legislation, Pit Bulls and Pit Bull mixes are prohibited from residing at Tricon Residential properties. Tricon Residential properties are pet-friendly. Up to 3 dogs are permitted per home. Up to 6 cats are permitted per home. Other permitted animals include exotic pets, hamsters, birds, reptiles, turtles, fish, and rabbits. There are no pet fees, no monthly pet rent, and no weight restrictions.  All pets must be licensed and have current vaccinations that remain up-to-date throughout the duration of your lease. Pets must wear an identification collar tag with the owner’s name, address and contact information. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times while on Tricon Residential properties and may only access amenity spaces for pet-specific events or if they are certified support animals. Breed Restrictions: In accordance with Ontario’s breed-specific legislation, Pit Bulls and Pit Bull-mixes are prohibited from residing at Tricon Residential properties.
