There are no pet fees, no monthly pet rent, and no weight restrictions.  All pets must be licensed and have current vaccinations that remain up-to-date throughout the duration of your lease. Pets must wear an identification collar tag with the owner’s name, address and contact information. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times while on Tricon Residential properties and may only access amenity spaces for pet-specific events or if they are certified support animals. I love this building and the amenities it offers. The gym is my favourite part of it and the common area is also well done. Wouldve wished for a pool table instead of the shiffled board but ya
