I've been living here for a few years - lots of tenants are long standing due to the quality of life we get here. Quiet, clean, often renovated/updated. The building management team is easy to join. Good communication in general.

I am going into my 9th year here and still love it very much. My apartment really works for me to be able to live alone in Toronto at this time. The staff here are great and respond to any issues in a timely fashion. It is a quiet building with no drama.

This is a beautiful place to live. It’s near to bathurst station and a beautiful community. The price is a bit high but it’s worth it. It only needs a step in shower and insuite washer.

I love living here. From the beginning, I have had a great experience. The staff listens and responds with action. It's a quiet building in a neighbourhood that some love. I am a bit far from the rest of my life here but this is home and I love it.

It's not a bad place to live at all. The staff is nice, it's clean, and not too noisy. Great if you're single and want some quiet. It is a bit dry and warm in the winter, but it's manageable. The only issue is the location. If you work downtown it can feel like a trek. There's not the greatest gym selection around here if you want to stay fit, and this area could use a fruit and veggie market, and a movie theatre. So, place is great, but area can make you feel a bit lonely at times.
