Great location, clean building, and super friendly staff. Unfortunately, the rent increases were too high and made it hard to justify staying long-term.

I love this place so much, and I have slowly watched its demise. The staff are incredibly lovely however, they are mostly beholden to the owners and property management company which ends up leading to less than luxurious amenities, management, and safety. It’s become a fairly hostile environment for a lot of people, and that is not only due to the living circumstances however, it contributed a great deal. Our community has become angry, resentful and it’s all that anyone talks about when you run into your neighbor. A lot of construction, constantly, consistent issues with all amenities, and arbitrary rent increases. I have formed a close incredible group of friends that live in this building there’s some staff who bring me so much joy and the amenities do allow us to gather and enjoy the view. I will be cautioned to move into this building but it has been a wonderful two years and has been the past three months that have been unloveable for me.
