Where do I even begin? Great service and staff. The coworking space is always well maintained and even more functional than most because they have a soundproof pod. The location feels very secured and clean all the time, we can walk our dogs at midnight and still feel incredibly safe. The suite unit finishes and quality is quite good. The parking rate is lower because the parking gate ay P5 entrance coming from P6, literally once a week our fob can't work, and have to call emergency to the parking staff in order to open the gate for our car. Such a hassle and hard to deal with if it is just one person in the car. Should be an easy fix for the Well though. Location wise, the Well food courts and King/Portland have variety of choices. I just wish the Well commercial spaces will have better stores on the second level. Overall, we LOVE living here, feel like we've found our dream DINKS home with a dog and a cat :)

450 The Well is the best Rental and living experience in Toronto, everything from the build quality, to maitenance, the staff, organization, everything is perfect. It would be nice if it had more ammenities like steam rooms, saunas, pools/hot tubs, however, there is a full-suite Sweat and Tonic downstairs so that works probably even better.

It's absolutely amazing location, but the concierge is almost never present at the desk, huge lines for the elevators and they are slow. Gym could have more equipment and classes could be hold in yoga studio. some minor technical issues, like buzzer doesn't work
