Love this place, only downside is noise, you can hear almost everything in the entire floor in your room

I've quite enjoyed living here. The building itself is new, and the apartments themselves are clean and modern. The building's location is very convenient but it is in the middle of a city so there are the associated issues (e.g. considerable number of unhoused people in the area). The building has a nice small gym that's bright. There's also a nice deck/patio with bbqs and fire tables as well as a nice common room. I do wish the building had a sauna and maybe a pool or hot tub. The staff are all nice as well. They quickly try to resolve any maintenance issues that arise and are in general helpful and friendly. I do wish the storage lockers that are available were larger. I found them too small and narrow to be of much use. I would recommend the building to people that want to live in this area and am quite happy with my choice.

I've just moved in, and the building is still under construction. Obviously, as I am one of the first occupants there are some hiccups. I'm sure the various kinks will be worked out such as the service elevator availability.
