Over the years, the general cleanliness of the building has made a sharp decline. The washing machines are full of mould. Pull out the detergent receptacle and you will see a ton of black mould inside. They need more frequent cleaning and maintenance. Clothes come out smelling mouldy. The smells of cigarettes, cologne, and body odour are always in the hallways making it impossible to breathe and it's impossible to prevent the smells from entering our unit. Foul smells never used to be this much of an issue. The amount of dog poo and cigarette butts littered around outside is unhygenic and unsightly. This is mostly the fault of tenants who have a lack of respect for the building but the management could do better to clean up and provide receptacles for cigarette butts.

Lived here for 5 years and we really like our apartment. We have had some very disrespectful maintenance people do some shoddy work over the years but that's the only major complaint.
