In 2026 it will be my 15th year Anniversary living at 57 Charles. I am very happy with the location, building and staff. I highly recommend!

Happy with apartment and staff. Disappointed with prolonged pool closures. Disappointed with increase rent when amenities were closed for so long over COVID, and then the pool was closed for further time afterwards. But generally happy.
