I've been living here for 4 months with my husband in a one-bedroom apartment. My favourite part of the building is that it's dog friendly, spacious, and very close to NoFrills, Dollarama, Shoppers Drug Mart, and various transit options. We're also west-facing, so we get a very nice view of the city and sunset. I wish the building had better amenities; the numbers on our oven/stove are no longer visible for example, so we had to search for the model online and write the heat measurements with a marker. It'd also be great if the building had a gym or party room, and a more efficient method of requesting overnight visitor parking, especially since the management team doesn't work in the evenings.

Great location and view but at what cost. Water shuts off on a regular basis due to old plumbling/ pipe issues and flooding. Our power also goes out so frequently due to elctrical issues in out unit. The electrician has been called 3 times in 2 months and its still a reoccurring problem to the point that we had to get surge protection. Repairs are done half fast.
