Property manager poor transition

Deposit and rent cheques misplaced and incorrectly applied. Seems that details fell through the cracks in property managerment transition. Would caution renting here due to the mistakes made. Perhaps new management will focus on correcting issues. Also repairs to apartment partially finished on moving in. Location is great though.
