Basement hasnt been touched in over a year and thr gym hasnt had dumbbeels since covide when the old Property manager took them ans never brought them baxck

Great location. I have lived here tor close to 30 years. Julia and Jon ( supers) work hard and listen to concerns and go out of their deal with same in a timely manner. Maintenance has improved. Lesya is the painter here. She painted my kitchen and Bedroom in a day. Her attention to detail was impeccable and her plastering skills like magic. Lesya listened to my requests and was incredibly personable. She is so professional that she did not leave a trace that she had been here other than a beautiful and fresh kitchen and bedroom. We are blessed to have her at 22 Oakmount. Maybe I'll be here for another 30....
