I’ve had my private parking spot have random cars park in it 3 times, in the private area too past the gate. Overall not a great experience, I’ve been here for almost 4 years now

Nice apartments, but design is lacking. There are two lights in the front hall/kitchenette but none in the bedroom, ceilings are way too high which takes more power to heat/cool the room, windows are excessively large which means climate control is more difficult, and in mine there's one small space that should have been a pantry as there really is no other use for the spot. Hot water takes a long time come out, meaning I have to microwave water to start dishes and run it longer before using the shower. It would also be nice if there was a portal to see when the common room is being used and electronically book it. Parking should have also been built to have an entrance and an exit to facilitate movement and make it so there aren't posts in the middle you have to be careful not to drive into.

We are long-term residents since the property was first built in 2020. Great location but have witnessed the noticeable decline in level of service from building management notably with maintenance staff following multiple changes to the property management. These changes were also very likely impacted by the quality of residents. Most positive experience was within the first 2 years with Shiplake as our initial management team. With inflated cost of living it is obvious that management will still continue to profit from its regular short-term leases vs having longer-term residents more invested in the growth of its community. Hopeful that with more local businesses opening up in the surrounding properties that this will attract more investors and effectively long-term residents looking for a growing community to call home in North York.
