Too old stove which has broken door and rust indide the oven request several time to provide bew stove , has not been done yet.

I’ve lived in this building for a while now, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best rental experiences I’ve ever had. The property management company is incredibly professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Anytime I’ve needed support—from lease questions to general inquiries—they’ve handled it quickly and with a friendly, helpful attitude. The front office and on-site staff are always warm and welcoming. They take the time to learn residents’ names, check in, and make the building feel like a true community. It’s rare to find a team this personable and consistent. A special shout-out to the maintenance crew—these folks are amazing. They’re prompt, skilled, and always respectful of your space. Every request I’ve submitted has been handled quickly and done right the first time. It gives so much peace of mind knowing that the building is maintained by people who take real pride in their work. The property itself is clean, well-managed, and clearly cared for. Common areas are spotless, amenities are well-kept, and there’s a strong sense of safety and organization throughout the building. Overall, I’m genuinely grateful to live here. If you’re looking for a building with exceptional management, fantastic staff, and reliable maintenance, I can’t recommend this place enough.

Very noisy place , hard to sleep at morning. Convenient locatiin

Great Neighbourhood, Spacious Properties, Lots of school options nearby.

Staff , price is amazing. However since I’ve been living here (about 6 years) I never saw a balcony glass /windows cleaning routine (speacially with all the construction) . In addition, the only recreation area we had (pool) seems to be taken by. Years ago we received notice saying “it would go under renovation”… but we never heard back any other updates.
