Standard apartment, the condition of the balcony and taps are subpar. The price and location are good. The superintendent is discouraging uses of masks which is disconcerting.

This building has literally one thing going for it: the moderate rent. That, and the 87 literally comes to the front door. Oh, and it's a great neighbourhood. OK, three things. As long as you don't mind the draft from the paper-thin windows, which also let in all the sound from the street, even from the top floors. If you can tune out the traffic noises, the nice TTC lady going "87C Cosburn, Main Street Station via East York Acres" every 15 minutes, and literally every word of every conversation held at a normal volume or higher in front of the building, then these apartments may be for you. Because if you can look past all that, it's fairly cosy here. Reasonably-sized apartments, with no frills whatsoever, at a market-level price. It's not really the proprietor's fault the market in this city blows.
