Great area. High turnover with superintendents. Property management give you the run around, delay, stall, non responsive to repair requests. Building not well maintained (old, moisture damage, etc). Some shady individuals, no real concerns for safety.

Property Manager at head office has been responsive, but I'm unsure about the site staff. Maintenance requests take multiple follow ups and multiple months to resolve. Conditions worsen and the superintendent is indifferent. My walls are falling apart and I'm about to submit my third request just to have a functioning fridge.

Overall 3 stars. Laundry room not so clean. Maintenance of the building is OK. Location and value really good.

Reported my oven not working on June 23. Was told early July I would have it repaired or replaced. Haven't heard from them since despite multiple messages I left with super and head office. I haven't had an oven in over a month. It hardly seems right I'm paying my full rent amount right now.

No follow through on issues. Severe water damage in multiple units..some coming from the roof.. please stop patch repairs and fix properly and follow up.
