Over the years we’ve had a really bad super then a decent one and now a couple that does the job together. When they are available they do a good job maintaining the building and keeping it clean but when issues arise like plumbing emergencies and other issues they tend to treat it as minor and ignore it until the following day. Some issues cannot be delayed and need to be addressed immediately. That’s one of the main duties and expectationsof the superintendent.

We have been living here for 30 years. We have requested repairs on our kitchen counter and it's been years since we moved to 3 bedrooms unit, nothing have been done yet no matter how many times I have sent a request. On a good point, the building location is excellent and the rooms are big.

Since we have got the new Superintendant this building has become spotless, also all maintenance request have been tended to imediately

This place is not bad when it come to location but that is the only perk. The property need lots of renovations and nothing is being done. Now with the new property management i got one thing done after asking for a year and a half. They alway raised the parking by 110%with is high way robbery as this is outside parking. I just generally feel very harashed here and think they can do better.

I have been living year for a little over a year and. While it could be worst. I like the building. But I rate it like that because I have been waiting all this time for my tub to be fixed and doors and windows to be sealed very cold inside
