One of the Worst Managed property in GTA. If you need something to get fixed in your unit, it may take a year to have fixed or after they change the Superintendent again. You send a noise complaint , the management just throw it in the trash because nothing gets addressed in this property.

Good luck if you have any issues in this building. Nothing gets resolved, and if it does it will take over 3 months. The management team is clueless, and has no idea how their own building works. The laundry room in 1407 is nasty, only has 4 washing machines and 4 dryers. There is no proper way of communication to the residents, they tape up notices by the elevators the night before, or leave papers in your door handle for ALL the other tenants to read. The parking lot is gross, has vehicles parked and abandoned for over 3 years. Very VERY filthy. The management team has no idea which cars are parked anywhere. There is absolutely NO maintenance in the garage.
