have been disappointed with my experience. Management is rarely available and does not respond when issues arise. Additionally, the workout area and sauna are not cleaned regularly, which makes it frustrating to use these amenities. I hope these concerns are addressed for the sake of the residents.

Love the location, the size of the unit, large windows, balcony. Hate the bedbugs, the barely functioning A/C, the complete lack of maintenance and disregard for tenants' wellbeing.

A place I call home and convenience to amenities

People are fairly peaceful and friendly. Yet some door locks are broken and is never fix for over two years already. Parking is very disorganize. Some tenants who may not even paying their parking dues are stealing parking spots paid by other tenants. These incidents were reported to the management but it is never resolved and addressed. On the lighter side, maintenance request are attended very promptly...

The only good thing about this building is the pool, which sometimes isn't even open because of how poorly they take care of it. Noise and building maintenance issues all the time. The cleanliness of the building is atrocious. The location is great, near bus stops and stations. Good parking but the building has gone way downhill over the last couple of years.

overall the building is a nice building except for the bugs and elevators always breaking down. The cleaning is not up to code because Walter does not do his job. The location is great and Susan is always very helpful. When things break down in the unit they are fixed in a timely manner. The 24 hr notices to enter are not always 24 hr notice understandable if it's an emergency. Bottom line we would like to see the bugs gone doing a unit here and there does nothing they only move around. Been here 10 years and still here because we are happy here anywhere else would have it's own issues I'm sure bugs included.
