Place in Downtown Ottawa

Decent experience. Sometimes a little crowded though, but the location is bery convenient

You pay for location (and you pay a lot for just that)

You pay way too much for what you're getting. You basically pay to be close to U Ottawa and sacrifice everything else. The people that run the company are not great. They are grossly disorganized. Some of the staff are nice but it depends who you get. The room I rented is the tiniest bedroom I have ever seen or heard of. The dishwasher is a nightmare because it's a portable one (thanks for not specifying that in the ad). I could find a more comfortable couch at the dump and done a better job doing the floorboards then whatever professional they hired (there are huge gaps). All in all you could find a better place to live.
