Was a great space for a student apartment, but maintenance requests to a while. Never got the missing shelf in our fridge replaced and never knew whether our toilet would flush or not. However, it was covid so I get nothing was running as smoothly as it should. All in all was a good place to live.

Ive been here for just under half a year and I have no problems with the living space. One area of improvement is that it gets very slippery during the winter season in the parking are and some sand or salt could save a lot of residents from slipping and falling

Lived here for about 8 months now. A little small but not terrible, reasonable for the price of rent. No issues with neighbors or the school across the street, great location for uOttawa students. One big problem is no AC for the summer and heating is rather poor in the winter. Another problem is the maintenance staff, they are very inconsiderate when doing their work and often very late to respond to issues. Overall 6.5/10

Water temperatures are inconsistent, even for short showers. The place takes a long time to warm up in the winters, and the back door needs to be sealed with a towel for the winter (there is a cm gap under the door). Big rooms and high ceilings, the on-site laundry is reasonably priced ($1.50).
