Pets allowed. Dogs should not be left alone in rental units for long periods of time. Tenants must make certain their pets will not cause damage to the unit if left unsupervised. Pets must be vaccinated and regularly treated for fleas and worms (if appropriate).Tenants must provide evidence of this from their veterinarians. Tenants must not leave animal waste inside their properties, unless the animal is a caged pet or trained to use a litter box. Litter boxes must be cleaned regularly and the waste put in the outside garbage. Any pet waste must be removed immediately from the common areas of the complex and disposed of safely and hygienically in the garbage. Tenants are responsible for keeping the rental unit and the residential complex clean and free from parasites (ex: fleas). Tenants must not keep pets they intend to breed or sell. Tenants who want another pet after moving in must ask for their landlord's written permission. Tenants with pets agree to have the carpets professionally cleaned before they move out, or pay the cost of carpet cleaning at whatever rates apply at that time. The Tenant shall be liable for any and all claims and actions initiated by the Landlord, another Tenant or any other person for any injury to any person or damage to any property in or about the Rented Premises as a result of the Tenant or his guests bringing any animal, bird, reptiles or pet into the Rented Premises or in or about the Rented Premises or in or about the building where the Rented Premises where the Rented Premises are situated.

We've been here going on two years and overall, we are quite happy with the community and the services. Great transit, schools, and shopping close by. Road racing and noisy cars/pickups can be annoying and dangerous for kids. Parking could be better enforced. Our unit is well appointed and practical. Lots of space and storage including a garage compared to a high rise condo which makes it good value for us. Construction quality is so-so and routine maintenance could be improved (window washing, lawns and gardens). Overall rating - 7.0

I have lived at Hennessy Court for 16 months now and was the first to live in my unit. From initial viewings, to filling out the lease agreement/applicant process, to the actual move in day, living here has been such a pleasure. I had been a homeowner for quite some time so transitioning back into renting was a bit of a challenge. Each and every interaction I've had with Richcraft has been a positive one and they answered my inquiries promptly and professionally. Perhaps what makes Hennessy Court so special is its residents. The community here is amazing and each of the neighbours who I've met who live in HC are truly some of the friendliest and nicest folks! It's like that old adage: you come for the sights and stay for the company. Richcraft should be proud of the community they built and continue to support here. The cost of renting anywhere in Ottawa comes at a high price and HC is no exception. That said, the units are spacious, tastefully constructed, and have given me the opportunity to turn my rental into a space/place that feels like home. I cannot tell you what a relief that has been, especially after weathering significant life changes. If you're looking for a community of great neighbours, professional and responsive property managers, and a big little place to call home, look no further.

The services from Richcraft are perfect. Tahar is quick and friendship. But the neighbors’s noise and their garbages frequently blown by the wind beacuse it’s poorly sealed are really ennoying.
