Overall unimpressed for a new construction

My mother always taught me to start with something positive! A special thanks to both Jennifer and Shaun for their professionalism and the work they do in the building. They are invaluable and should be recognized by Claridge. I've been here since May 15th and I am unimpressed by the construction of the unit, the noise that I have to listen to day in and day out. As for amenities, not much to say when the pool is still not available. I believe for those who moved in the months of May and June that we should be compensated for having to put up with the never ending construction and things not up to par in our apartments. We are paying a premium compared to other apartment buildings but not getting what we signed up for. I have lots to say but writing it would be a novel!!!
