Management is a joke

we have had 5 managers in a year. one tenant smokes marijuana in her unit like a junkie because its medical. she only got in as the PM was drunk, now the rest of us, some who are allergic to pot and signed a non smoking lease suffer.

Excellent place to call home!

We relocated to Ottawa in July. We have recently moved into an amazing two-bedroom. Michelle and Denis are both excellent at helping with whatever you need. The gym, pool, business lounge, and party room are all a bonus to use. The outdoor terrace and barbecue make summer more enjoyable if you just want to sit outside and chat with friends. The Stirling Park community is a great place to call home. We did deal with Bilal who made this transition so easy, he is also a definite asset to Claridge. Thank you all!

Supposedly a non smoking building

You sign a lease stating you cannot smoke in your unit, there are signs everywhere stating this unless you live on a certain floor where you get stoned even if you are allergic, this floor which has become a pot smokers dream! Management is misdirecting, and providing false solutions and doing nothing!
