Though a convenient spot for students or working professionals, the apartment building needs some cosmetic lifting. Some of the staff also have some attitude problems.

One bedroom apartment in downtown Ottawa (great location)...well maintained and staff are friendly and quick to respond to emails. Have not had a problem since moving in and I am always surprised the rent is so low (compared to most 1 bedroom/studios in the city)

Find the residential staff rude, and lack communication particularly regarding parking availability and promises of maintenance.

Overall pretty good price for what you get. The manager is a bit rude and help from maintenance is very slow if it's not an emergency. Otherwise very spacious and good pricing for the location.
