I like living in this place. Great staff.

I am having a good experience living here. It's spacious (1 bedroom apartement). Heating is good and included. Staff might be rude sometimes but do the job. Very good location. I submitted a small request once and a maintenace guy came quickly to fix it.

I have lived here for three years now. I have looked for other apartments that offer such a good deal of price, location and size of apartments and have never found anything comparable. The building is old and some things could definitely be updated (I think that the hallway rugs probably date back to when the apartment was first built), but overall I am very satisfied with this apartment. The staff is very friendly, as well as the tenants in the building. The apartments are big comparable to what else is in Ottawa. The apartments on the front side of the building have a beautiful view of the city and sunsets. Neadless to say, I am very happy here. I will however admit that the ventilation system likley needs to be checked, as the apartment accumulates dust very quickly. There isn't good airflow in the building. I found that investing in an air pruified has been very beneficial and has reduced the amount of dust accumulation.

It is safe, clean, excellent service. Superintendent available all the time.
