Great option for young professionals living downtown. Apartments are modern. Not true luxury, but close. It has nice amenities. There is a pool, which is quite nice, and the gyms are reasonably well furnished. A hot tub and/or sauna would have been nice, but the building is lacking in that respect. The rent is a good price for such a great location, but the parking is quite expensive.
