Loop Phase 2 is an Excellent Choice!

Living at loop phase 2 (89 Nepean Street) has been an excellent experience. Michelle is an incredibly kind and hard working property manager who was great for my move in process. Carol and the maintenance team are fantastic, and so are the employees who work hard to keep the building clean. There is no noise between units so it is a very peaceful place to live, and the location is the best in the city. I would absolutey reccommend loop phase 2 to anyone looking to live in the downtown/centretown area. For the price, it is a great deal when comparing to other options on the rental market. I looked for 5 months before choosing Loop as there was no better combination of size, amenities in unit and in building, and location for the price. It has been a fantastic confirmation of my choice that actually living here has also met my expectations.

Great Place to Live

I’ve been in this building for nearly a year and have really enjoyed it! The amenities are wonderful, I’ve had really good experiences with the staff and fellow residents, and the building is well maintained. I only wish amenties were open 24/7 and that there were BBQs on the rooftop. That would make living here extra wonderful! Regardless, I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone considering it.
