We are impressed with how quickly things get fixed. We wish the pool was open earlier & later, and wish there was compost in the building, but otherwise we are enjoying living here (we just moved in at the end of June).

If you don't mind having high rent, poor security, a newly-built building that needs constant repair and is consistently breaking down, and management that is either unresponsive or rude, this building is for you.

Overall good, there were small issues that I reported the previous Manager (She left), but was not fully resolved. Not quite sure how the building is managed, I think some staffs were accessing my unit when I was away. I have stayed in the unit for about three years, not one ever notified mecon accessing my unit except during annual maintenance work, such as the filter replacement we are preparing now. But there were evidence that someone or some different ones were accessing my unit quite frequently when I was away from home. Sometimes, the person accessed would leave some subtle sign to notify me that he or she was in the unit while I was away. This had been happening since I moved in the unit in 2021. Some evidence was quite obvious, while other evidence were subtle. The person accessed my unit may have used my shower, washing machine or water etc. My bill at the first few months was super high, until I realized the matter. I now prepare the shower or washing machine area so it is not convinient to use them without remove the things I prepared. I guess some of the person(s) accessed my unit were themselves living in the building, somee may not. Is the building or the units are managed in this way? Or it is just the person(s) are violating the set rules by building management? Or sometimes they left some subtle signs for me to know, is that those people are working for the building management and are excercising their duty by accessing my unit while I was away? What did they want to check? Or they just wanted to relax or use the hydro or electricity or shower or washing theirs or the things for building mentenance? I am quite busy and had not get the chance to talk to the new Manager Michelle on the matter. I think these people are doing good job for building maintenance for the building recidents, but for some reason they are interested in accessing my unit while I was away. Otherwise, it is a good building to stay with.

We pay a lot of rent for a luxury builidng that unfortunately needs way better regular cleaning, more robust security, better timely repair - the woman’s shower in the pool room has been out if commission for years!! and better monitoring of tenents breaking rules like smoking, etc.
