Excellent staff and management of property

Excellent staff and maintenance of overall property. Good friendly neighbours. Very safe, especially when personal items are delivered and are still there when we've been out for a long day! Never worried or had anything stolen when not around! Management responds quickly and honestly to our concerns or requests. The property is very well maintained with the landscapes, and more recently, the underground parking had leaks and was attended to, and if there are repairs, very good notice that we should be aware. We appreciate the dog friendly environment, getting to know owners and their furry families. The poop bags are located conveniently and adequately and timely restocked, no matter the weather! Only one serious concern is the awareness of children playing around the garbage bin and adjacent street areas, with their bikes, scooters, where there is a lot of traffic coming and going. So, to be very alert and aware at all times, with busy vehicles, especially large trucks and SUVS, that may have challenging views, coming into or leaving the property, or, residents unloading groceries or personal items, or coming and leaving the underground parking, and during before and after school , or shuffling infants, toddlers from their car seats, and residents work schedules.

The walls are so thin! You can hear everything! It is really a shame for an otherwise good looking property.
