The building is very old with outdated amenities. Old appliances in units, building maintenance work is carried out in a very laissez-faire sloppy way. 3400 Keele street has a pest problem with pigeons that management refuses to take responsibility for. Which leaves tenants unable to enjoy their balconies. Whereas other buildings surrounding this one has gone through renovations to install bird netting and modernize it's amenities 3400 Keele has not. Carpets in hallways are very old and have not been removed or replaced. Management isn't proactive. Underground garage is quite dark and what should be white walls are always filthy. Office staff turnover is quite high and often don't stick around long enough to acclimate. Despite all of the poor maintenance 3400 Keele street is a safe place to live and is surrounded by subway stations and only 3km away from the 401.
