The location of this building is excellent, with beautiful lakeside views, large apartment suits and lovely neighbours from my experience. The supervisor, cleaning and maintenance staff always do they're best to fix things quickly and help out tenants. The downside of this building is the corporation that owns and operates this building seems to care very little about investing. The building has no amenities other than laundry. While there is a free-standing parking garage they rent out the whole middle section of it to Port Credit visitors rather than their own residents. The building has a severe ant problem that they've been especially cheap in trying to fix. The water is off in the building at least once a month. You can hear your neighbour flush their toilets and if you live below the 15 floors every night is a motorcycle and party city outside your windows. While this property has tremendous potential to be renovated and meet better comfort standards it seems unlikely given my experiences with the property managers and the owners over the years that this will be the case.

It appears that the owners of this building care very little for their tenants. There is not enough parking for the building or laundry machines in the laundry room. After the heat sensors were put in my apartment became freezing and uncomfortable because of how low the heat is being kept. The building could use some substantial upgrades including proper fitting windows that neither leak nor allow the busy street sounds to pass as easily. The apartment has very little soundproofing between them meaning that most days you can hear your neighbour's daily routines. The water is shut off every other week for an unknown never-ending repair. There are no amenities included in this building and for me, the only main selling point is the location. I believe putting some effort and money into the building could go a long way in not only securing better tenants but also for the longevity of maintaining the building as a whole.
