Good Place

The Lakes is in a convenient location. The apartment units are nice, and the staff is very responsive. Maintenance staff is always out quickly. The pricing is really good for the area. The only cons are the usual loud music from cars, and transients roaming through the complex.

Little Apt

The price is great for the location. The apartments are small but there are rarely bug issues. Maintenance and staff quickly resolve issues. The main concerns I have are parking as there are no disability parking on my side. Also, the neighbor above me sets her alarm off for hours starting early and it goes on. They've also had loud parties until 2am-3am. There is a homeless issue due to the location and we were referred to the courtesy officer.
