Tenant is responsible for utilities, cable and internet. The houses are all electric so no gas bill. You will have access to our Tenant's Portal to submit maintenance request, check your account and pay online. So you will just enjoy your rental without worry about it! Process: 1. Submit application and get approved, 2. Sign the agreement and pay the fees and rent as follow: a. Refundable deposit (equal to a month of rent); b. 1 month of rent; c. first monthly tenant package $75.
