Forgettable

Very excited to move into what I expected a new or new ish apt. Wrong.... kitchen counters had burn marks, faucet gave about as much pressure as a "needed to be replaced" faucet should. Garbage disposal sounded like it had plastic in it (it did). Carpet spike strips stabbed everyone that was barefooted, shower heads in both bathrooms were partially clogged. Lacked proper caulking around the surround, vanities had very clear water damage (never got fixed) Fast forward 6 months (time to move out) fantastic neighbors about flooded something so I had water leaking out of electrical outlets next to my sink (couldn't be resolved) "had to dry out." Following that, rain storms.... proceed to come what seemed unblocked through the door threshold at the bottom, flooding the front part of my living room causing mold issues while leaving. Pool was broken and apparently needed 3 months to be fixed. Once putting in my notice to leave, they proceed to mark my mailbox vacant while in still under lease resulting in me not receiving mail for a month. Thanks for allowing me to pay rent on something mediocre other that that im glad I left, did not enjoy any part of my time there. Glad im in my new house that place kinda ruined apartments for me.

Perfect for us!

I've just moved in, the apartment is very clean and they even left the candy bowls and some water bottles for us. A/C works great too. Only caveat is temporarily we have to move stuff across the parking lot because it is being restriped, which I will not hold against yall.

The current staff is great!

I have lived here for eight years. Never had a Problem with noise. Neighbors are friendly. I love the pool! I live on the third floor and love the vaulted ceilings. The current staff is very friendly and accommodating.
