Great location, decent amenities, fair price

This is a nice place to live. The pricing seems fair. Maintenance is typically fast and friendly. The biggest downsides I have seen are people not picking up their dog's poop, having their dog off-leash, golf balls frequently hitting the buildings, and litter on the grounds.

Great location apartments, bad interior (old looking) kitchen cabinets in bad shape, and very old appliances. They need some new paint, interior and exterior.
