Nice Neighborhood but..

Since moving in Maintenance has been great and prompt. The area is nice and quiet during the day. My only complaint is the noise in the evening because we are by the street, we hear constant cars and dogs barking late at night. Also, the walls are thin so I do hear my neighbors if they have the tv on or friends are over.
