after living in two other apartments for the same price, the employees & amenities can't match it, living here is like a dream

My concern is garage rate for newcomers is less than what I'm currently paying. It's unfair and unacceptable that long term residents garage rate are not adjusted to match what is being offered to new garage tenants. Management should immediately adjust long term residents rate.

We’ve been living here for almost six months now, and unfortunately, we are not fans of this place from day one, it’s been a steady stream of disappointments. The noise is constant, residents come and go at all hours of the night and are often extremely loud, yet Trulo Homes does absolutely nothing to enforce the community’s noise ordinance on top of that, several neighbors treat their porches and yards like personal landfills with trash that routinely piles upon holidays, non service days and management turns a blind eye to this. There’s clearly no real enforcement of community standards only. What really pushes it over the edge is that one of the tenants works for the valet trash services and regularly leaves garbage bags rotting in the back of his truck. So not only do we have to deal with other residents’ trash, but also deal with that. It may sound minor, but when you’re paying $2,178 per month with fees just for the apartment, every detail matters. I added in the fees part too because my account got locked up due to my work email changing, I do things online for a reason but no you still have to go into the office to see people. Then there’s the issue with maintenance, we submitted a request back in April for a water leak which, to their credit, was repaired promptly. However, we’ve been living with a gaping hole in our wall ever since. Even worse, we received a notification stating the job was “completed.” It’s now July, and nothing has been done. When we followed up with the front office, they asked us to show text messages from maintenance we informed them we only received one message that they dropped the ball at this time we were out of town and we messaged back when we got home, no response. I got a new phone two weeks ago and since I had switched phones, I couldn’t access old messages, which somehow became our responsibility to prove, so document everything, screenshot texts, save emails. This place is expensive! and too many issues!
