Noise Complaint

To whom it may concern This is now complaint number 2 we (#623) are filing on the tenants in apartment 622. They continue to defy the quiet hours frequently with either their TV blasting loud like at inappropriate times of the night like they are in a movie theater, arguing and fighting most importantly on regular basis. I have called after hour security multiple times and as of last night even the POLICE for them to do a wellness check sometime after 1am in morning due to severe YELLING, CRYING and massive THUMPING & BANGING against my master bedroom which is a jointed to their apartment on the other side of the wall whatever that was going on last night was completely unacceptable at that time of night when the police arrived 2 female occupants that I guess live in the apartment came out after being summoned by officers and tried to say they were drunk and wrestling playing around and accidentally were being loud which I feel was a complete lie just a few weeks back a female that resides in #622 was around bldg 6 on the Quail Landing premises yelling and crying pleading for someone to call the police because her boyfriend (husband not sure of whatever their status is) was hitting on her at this point I don't want to make it any of my business whatever they have going on I just need something to be done immediately to prevent this from continuing to occur even better before someone gets hurt and on a personal note I value my rest and I do not want them impacting me and my families peace and sanity! So it would be greatly appreciated if this issue can be addressed with them ASAP! Sincerely Mike

Well maintained. Parking isn't very good 2 cars take up spec

Ben good living here other than the parking. 2 cars are not drove and remain in parking spots in front of bldg 3 and 4

I don't understand some of the bills...

I work so much that I don't understand how my water bill is basically more than my og&e bill. Admin fees monthly and all that. I jus calculated $109 on top of the rent every month. And if people are paying for parking, why is it being allowed for people to park extra cars that are not even moved or running, to take up paid for parking spaces? If these cars belong to people with garages, make them utilize their garage for their extra cars and not take up parking space that can be used by tenants. There are a few cars in the parking lot, that are taking up spaces others could could've using. Either make them move their cars or stop charging for parking.

Any resident with a moving, up to date vehicle can utilitze our onsite parking with the $5 parking fee, this includes residents with garages.
