Getting the paperwork/application was a challenge, and we moved in during a very busy time. Once everything settled, though, it's been a great experience. We are over-the-top impressed with the very rapid response to maintenance needs. What sold us on this complex is the grounds... beautifully maintained, like living in a park. Our apartment is quiet. I love to bake and the kitchen is great. We looked at so many complexes, decided we wanted to live at Prairie Springs almost immediately. The only drawback so far is the handicap parking, not enough spaces near our unit, we're kind of at the edge of the complex. We love it here.
