Despite being older buildings, they stay on top of maintenance. I've only had to call them for maintenance once (A/C issues) and they were fast and polite. Noise isn't a problem. Occasionally someone with their music up a little drives by, but other than that, no issues. Mailboxes could use an upgrade, but other than that, this single mom is happy!
