Great place to live
Havent had many issues since living here. Staff is great and helpful. Biggest frustration is neighbors who have spare broke down cars taking up parking spots.

Major concerns of 2024
We would like to see more security especially at night after staff goes home. Trash bins are usually overflowing bc tenant use them to dump large items if furniture. Would like to see a cap on how much rent increases each year, especially with high inflation on all the other expenses.
