I've lived here since Sep 2013. It's located in awesome area, close to a lot of shops. It's been quiet and safe here and hope it continues to be. Management has been very co-operative, and most maintenance items have been corrected, except water drainage putting clay on sidewalks. At my age and health problems, I would appreciate it fixed better than just a drainage ditch dug. Also, with the way our economy the way it is, it would be nice to give us Seniors a discount rate and also those of us that want to continue living here.

I hace lived here for almost a year and I absolutely love it. There is no loud noise. The property is kept clean everybody is respectful. The office staff is super sweet especially Charlee. She is always willing to help you in any way that she can. She is one of the main reasons that I chose this property. From the minute that she did my tour she instantly made me feel at home with the property! I love living here and have no plans of moving any time soon!

The location is amazing. I love being within walking distance to so many stores and restaurants. The office and maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful. The only downside is that I feel like there is basic care given to the facility itself. The buildings are in desperate need of paint. When they painted the landings, the person actually just painted over the dirt or debris that was there. Overall, I like it here.
