Lack of training of office staff

We have lived here since June of 2018 and the lack of working knowledge of the front office is astounding. Last month it took hours to get our lease paperwork where we could access it to aogn online. We asked if they would print it and then we would sign it. We were told no it would take too long. I was given the incorrect information to sign into cancel the “credit reporting” clause - which we DID NOT WANT NOR ASKED FOR. It was about 4:35 pm On a Fridaywhen i called the office for assistance. I was informed she didnt know how to correct the information and she would call me back on Monday. No return call. Today, even though our lease says we will be contactd of any gate code changes. My husband went to the office after he was lovked iut of compound was told password was no good. That corporate decided to change codes. He asked why we were not notified. They gave him their go to answer, we are having trouble with the system. They gave him a code, it didnt work went back in and was told again same excuse as above - system problems. They told him to use last four digits of phone #. He had to ask which phone they looked decided it was my number. It didnt work so back in, same excuse. He told them he needed aomething that would work so they gave him#2009 - that one finally worked. Btw we have no complaints with the maintance men.
