Not terrible

The apartments by themselves are fine even though my porch has a crack on it even when we reported about and had pictures taken almost a year ago i believe. The main issue is the other residents, i almost get in wrecks every week due to people entering through the exit and driving in a one way, and i have a child and my pregnant wife in the car a majority of those times. Not to mention ive already been in a hit and run in the same parking lot because of people going the wrong way. We used to have the gates to stop any random person from coming in but now its open to everybody and anybody, theres multiple residents who have seen random people coming in to dumpster dive through our garbage and its disgusting. I understand that owning the apartment is a form of revenue for the owners but to not care about who lives here as long as they can pay their bills is kinda disappointing.

THESE APARTMENTS ARE IN A GREAT LOCATION. THE LADY THAT LEASED ME THE SPACE WAS VERY NICE AND WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP ME. THE SPACE IS NEWLY RENOVATED AND HAS MODERN DOCOR WHICH IS VERY NICE. IS USUALLY QUIET AND YHE NEIGHBORS ARE NICE AND ITS SUM HOES. WINNING!
