2411 Muzzy Street

I have lived here for over four years and the property had become a disappointment. My windows really need to be replaced as they are very drafty, rattle when is windy and are very cheap. There were 2 of the 4 units that hard their window replaced last year but the other 2 were not. All 4 of them should have been replaced at the same time. Also, we had our Central AC replaced almost 2 yrs ago and it still struggles which is another reason we still have the window units. We also don't have heat because the company that replaced the AC were so back logged that they said they would come back. At the time we said that it was okay because we like it cold. Well, it would have been nice if the previous owners would have offered to have the heat installed as time went on instead of blowing it off. I normally wouldn't complain, but I have to say something. It would be nice if the current owners would have the 2 units that need new windows have them replaced, install the heat and see why the AC still isn't working right. (The inside was replaced but still have the old ac part outside for the freon.) Also, the stairs, the walk way and parking lots are cracking badly and could use some much needed attention. I have lived here for 4 yrs and living here is okay. There are somethings that do need to be fixed. The stairs are rusting and concrete are either cracking or rusting. The roof has been looked at since I have lived here. Plumbing has been a problem with the bathroom sinks. Around every end of October to early November the sinks would back up because of the roots, dirt and anything else that would cause it to back up. All of our sinks are linked together.
