Great place to live, however could use security cameras throughout the property which would enhance safety. I think maintenance coukd have filter change more frequently to provide safer drinking water.

Overall Aspen Creek apartment has been 7/10 satisfying. However, due to the overwhelming push to fill the apartments, the quality of residents vary. With that, noise can be a burden from certain neighbors. Not all by any means, but those that are disturbing show a clear disregard, same for the neighbors that don’t clean up after their dogs. Summer noise gets ever louder the closer you are to the amenities especially, pretty unpleasant when loud speakers are turned on. The gym is also pretty small given the amount of people that are here.
