Tenant is responsible for utilities, cable and internet. You will have access to our Tenant's Portal to submit maintenance request, check your account and pay online. So you will just enjoy your rental without worry about it! Process: 1. Submit application and get approved, 2. Sign the agreement and pay the fees and rent as follow: a. Refundable deposit (equal to a month of rent); b. 1 month of rent; c. first monthly tenant package $49.99. Extras: If you have pets: Pet fee and 1st month of pet rent (according to screening results); If you want to rent the washer and dryer the first month of their rent $50 each.
