A great place to live

I've always thought there should be AT LEAST one parking spot reserved for each unit - so I don't end up parking in the street because a neighbor has teenagers with cars - but that's the only complaint I have.

Anice place to live

I've lived here over 10 years and have no complaints. The maintenance is exceptional and the grounds are well kept - except for neighbors who won't pick up after their pets. No problems with noise. Never had a problem with children or animals. And the location is incredible. Easy access to I75, the Dayton Mall, other shopping, restaurants, movies, anything you want.

I've only been here for 4 months. I love the apartment that I moved into and it's a great place to live and very safe neighborhood. The staff are wonderfull, very helpful, and polite. Maintenance work orders are done in a timely manner. Centerville Park is located near some good places to eat and really close to some great shopping. I would recommend this place to live!
