The staff both in the office and with maintenance is amazing! They are great about giving you an estimated timeline and are happy to answer any questions you have! Connie was amazing and as flexible as possible with the moving in process and was a tremendous help! I love being able to park right outside my front door and not having to walk 3 flights of stairs to get to my apartment! I love the townhome style! It is also located on a quite street by developments so it is definitely a walkable neighborhood! Definitely the best place I've ever lived

I like my townhome. Would prefer to choose my own internet and cable company, as CityLink is very expensive. Noisier than I’d like as we’re only 1 block from the main drag through town. Was looking forward to an extended lease option with lower rent for a longer lease option (longer than 12 months). Now that a 15-month option is available (logest option offered), was disappointed to see that it’s only $8 per month lower than the 12 month option. My rent so far has gone up over $200 per month in the last couple of years. I also wish my unit had ceiling fans, which it doesn’t.

This is my first year here. The location can not be beat and is convenient to all nearby business with easy access. The grounds and property are well kept and caretakers are amazing, nice and professional. The building is clean, safe and well lit.
