This most recent Lease has been racked with issues on the HQ side because my roommate and I sent in the correct proof of insurance, but we have been informed that it does not meet requirements, when requirements have not changed and they got the information well before our new lease took over and my only form of contact to speak with someone is our office coordinator, who is just as confused as we are.

washer, dryer, dishwasher, pool are all perks. I miss ceiling fans and even floors and vents that work and shut and lead somewhere lol
