Berkley Staff Excellence
Even though some of the residents here are quite messy and don't follow recycling guidelines, I am amazed how the maintenance and front office crew are always kind and patient and continue to pick up and wipe up after everyone. The 4th floor Recycling Room can get trashed - literally - and today it was spotless thanks to Gene and Andrew hauling away the refuse and wiping it down, it must have taken a long time. I appreciate seeing Andrew picking up around the property every morning and Gene is always mopping or cleaning up something, their work is not unappreciated or unnoticed and they are a credit to Champion. I am thankful for the powerwashing, the hallway rug cleaning, the landscaping, and all the daily little things like cleaning up trash, wiping coffee station spills, picking up randomly delivered packages, etc. that really make a BIG difference. Taylor is always ready with a smile and ready to assist with efficiency, very quick at fixing issues (Luxor priority email); Brittany is joyful and good at following up if there was an issue and Jennifer is also friendly, professional and knowledgeable - responding so quickly to request and with documents. They never seem irritated at being interrupted from their tasks but greet everyone (including canines) with warmth and genuine care. We are new to Columbus and in my brief searching out other apartment complexes to see what options there are, I am realizing that Champion really stands above as the most professional and genuinely invested in their properties, people and residents. Champion's care for quality and personal attention to their own employee's development and to the high maintenance standards is probably worth the premium in rent. Attitudes flow from the top down and your employees absolutely shine and reflect that Corporate must really care as it shows in the work they all do with laughter, excellence and diligence, as they maintain the beauty and details of your properties and serve the residents.

Great place to live
Living here for 4 years now is that theres a reason for it. Love the layout, the staff is great and the amenities are great too. I wish you had an area where you had double load laundry facilities so we could clean our comforters for our bed so i wouldnt have to go there, and also wish that there was a ping pong table available. The maintenance team is outstanding.!
Not sure what you want here
Kids are rough on the downstairs amenities. Staff is very good. Think the movie theater hours should go back to midnight like it was since I’ve lived here. Would be nice if they brought the Breakfast back. There should be a weekend party here so people can meet other tenants.

I love living at Berkley house. The residents are nice and the location is close to the grocery store, shopping, parks, etc. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Maintenance is very quick with repairs and are also very professional and kind. The only thing I wish was that more effort was put into the amenities - many games have been broken in the arcade for months and machines in the gym need updated. The pool is a great amenity to have in the summer. Overall it is a great place to live.
