Definitely overpriced. Rent in insanely expensive for what you receive. At best it should be 1600 dallars.

I would to be contacted by someone, besides Lauren, in the office to discuss the new higher water price you are charging me. Also, why is the sidewalk leading up to the garbage bin and the area in front of the mailboxes not shovelled OR salted??

We have been promised new windows for over a year- we cannot open some without Herculean strength, they won't stay open without propping with a book and one has a crack We did not get mulch last year because it was not in "the budget"- so far none yet this year. We never were power washed when it all happened last year.. I guess they forgot to do all the townhouses... Maintenance, Dale and his crew are great- Matt in the office is great!
